Aphinity Communications does not share or distribute any personal information with third parties unless they are involved with the processing of your order. All information you provide is intended for and restricted to the processing orders for services, keeping you informed about issues related to the services, and providing support for the services. Names, addresses, etc. are stored for purposes of billing for services and to make it easier to obtain support again in the future. We need your email address so we have a way to contact you about your order, bill you for services, and let you know about the status of support related issues. We ask for your phone number only as a precaution, in case other attempts to contact you are unsuccessful (and it is an issue where we need a timely response).

When you create a password for your account, it is stored in a database. We do not have access to your password, so please do not worry. If you forget your password, the database will generate a new one and email it to you.

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN AN EMAIL! If you have received an email that appears to be from Aphinity Communications and it is asking for any confidential information, DO NOT RESPOND. It is not from Aphinity Communications, and is most likely some form of phishing.
